Throughout the year, the Pays d'art et d'histoire team offers guided tours, lectures and support to local authorities in promoting the heritage of the Serre-Ponçon Guillestrois Queyras region.
The Ville et Pays d'Art et d'Histoire label is awarded by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication.
It is awarded to areas that are aware of the importance of their architecture and heritage for the local community, and are committed to an active approach to knowledge, conservation, mediation and support for the quality of their architecture and living environment.
In 2022, a network of 190 Villes et Pays d'Art et d'Histoire will be offering their expertise throughout France.
