The ingredients are all organically grown, the flours are made by the Moulin Pichard in Malijai, an exclusively organic mill, and the wheat comes mostly from our region, some even from the village of Savournon. All our breads are made with natural sourdough, and require long hours of fermentation to give them complex, subtle aromas, while guaranteeing good preservation.
