Accompanied by outdoor professionals, experience a fun, unusual adventure and plunge into the heart of Haute Provence's most beautiful sites. Introduction to caving, via souterrata, canyoning and via ferrata, 4 outdoor activities to enjoy.

If you're a caving enthusiast, ASPA's team of professionals can introduce you to outdoor sports at the heart of Haute-Provence's most beautiful sites. These fun activities combine observation of the environment with discovery of the natural and historical heritage of our magnificent region. Let us guide you in one of our outdoor activities: caving, canyoning, via ferrata, via souterrata. Whether you're a family, a group of friends, an individual or a group of sports enthusiasts, we'll adapt to your needs.
- Discover caving at aven du Rousti (Saint Christol, 84): ½ day or full day. Ages 6 and up.
- Introduction to canyoning (Reilhanette, 26) : ½ day discovery from 8 years old.
- Via ferrata (Aulan, 26) : ½ day discovery from 8 years old.
- Via souterrata (Saint Christol, 84) : ½ day discovery for children aged 12 and over.

Open all year round on reservation.
Also on site, a group gîte for up to 44 people.

Led by 2 caving enthusiasts, the ASPA association project was born of a desire to identify and better understand the caves of the Plateau d'Albion. Harry and Marie-Clélia have developed a range of sporting activities around this recognized natural heritage.
Each of these supervised activities is an invitation to travel through geological time.
From initiation to sporting exploration, caving opens the doors to an underground world where landscapes oscillate between the fantastic and the marvellous. Fun and spectacular, canyoning and cliff climbing are other sources of thrills.
In the depths or in the open air, these intense discoveries probe the very deep history of this endearing country.
