Stéphane is a state-certified freediving instructor, biologist and skipper. He'll take you on a voyage of discovery of new freediving sensations and the Mediterranean environment.
Two sailing and freediving cruises this July, around the Hyères islands in the Var. This year, in a catamaran for greater comfort, and with 2 experienced freediving instructors to supervise you closely!
If you're a group (minimum 6/8 people), you can propose your dates and the formula you'd like.

For the 7th consecutive season, I'm offering sailing and snorkeling cruises via SCA Posidonia Apnea this summer.
This summer 2 one-week cruises are open on a top-of-the-range catamaran:
- July 5 to 12, 2025 (boarding on Saturday around 3pm),
- July 12 to 19, 2025 (boarding Saturday around 3pm),
Cruises take place in your geographical area.
