1h30 – From the Base to Les Rondins (3 km round trip)
A gentle ride with a possible stop at the scenic Gour site. Perfect for discovering the river at a relaxed pace. From 5 years old (must be able to swim 25 m).
2h – From the Base to Les Plainons (5 km downstream, return by shuttle)
A thrilling descent with a few rapids in a wild Natura 2000 area. Excitement and stunning views guaranteed! From 7 years old.
4h – Round Trip + Les Plainons Descent (8 km)
The ultimate chill + adventure combo: enjoy the scenery, bring a picnic, and return by shuttle. From 7 years old.
All equipment provided: life jacket, paddles, and waterproof barrel.
What to bring: swimsuit, towel, closed water shoes, and sun protection. Showers available on site to freshen up afterward.
