In 2002, the Sanary and Six-Fours cooperatives merged in order to make them more competitive and to offer a strong range of more than 20,000 references!
The cooperatives became COOPAVAR (Coopérative Agricole d'Approvisionnement de l'Ouest Varois), with 15 communes from the west of Toulon to the border with the Bouches du Rhône. The self-service agricultural shops have become SOPAVAR.
Contrary to popular belief, farmers in our region have permanent farms and are very happy to practice...
