The story begins in the heart of the magnificent Plateau de Valensole. Driven by her love for the beauty of Provence, Pauline Jaubert represents the fourth generation to carry on her family's passion for lavender and Provence almonds. A commitment to excellence and a dedication to craftsmanship are the core values that define the spirit of this family business. Today, Pauline works closely with her father, Jean-Pierre, managing three boutiques where the treasures of their production can be found: Provence almonds, lavender, exceptional honey, and carefully crafted natural cosmetics.
