Le Plantivore draws its inspiration from the heart of the alpine flora, giving priority to the harvesting of flowers, berries and fruits in a natural environment. Jean-Pierre and his team regularly go out into the mountains to gather fruits, buds, plants... each harvest is then carefully transformed to express its virtues and its taste!
Direct sales at the workshop-boutique, at the Maison de l'Artisanat (Ville-Vieille) and online sales.
