Music and wine in the limelight in Provence

Every year, from June to September, the vineyards of the southern part of the Rhône Valley are filled with the sound of jazz and classical music. The Les Musicales dans les vignes festival travels around in the winegrowing estates of the Vaucluse, the Bouches-du-Rhône and the Var, for a blend of the pleasure of music and wine and a discovery of the southern terroirs. In all, 40 jazz or classical music concerts and a sophisticated repertoire are planned on 35 prestigious wine-growing estates in Provence. A golden opportunity to taste the best wines in the region. The festival is also a warm, friendly moment and a chance to meet passionate wine-growers. The little extra: a delicious price: from €25 entrance, €35 tasting and concert inclided.

Avignon en fête

When the grape-picking time arrives in the Rhône Valley, the beautiful city of Avignon, the capital of Côtes du Rhône, gets ready to celebrate the launching of the harvest! Every year at the end of August, the association of enthusiasts Les compagnons des Côtes du Rhône organises the Ban des vendanges. A festive, cultural event to promote the wines of the Rhône Valley, and particularly Côtes du Rhône. On the menu, a gourmet market, a ball, fashion shows… and a super musical evening with a free concert between two glasses and two regional products to taste!

Summer evenings in Rousset

In July, the word festival rhymes with Provence and gournmet food in the Bouches-du-Rhône! Over a weekend, the town of Rousset hosts the Vinômusic Festival, an event on the La Terre de Mistral wine-growing estate. Dance in the vineyards to the sound of open-air concerts gven by local musicians. Blues, jazz, soul, pop… there’s something for everyone! It’s also an opportunity to enjoy the gourmet dishes served or an order prepared by a delicious food truck – just choose your menu. Just €11 entrance fee, including one glass of wine. And for kids, it’s free!

Jazz dans les Vignes Festival

Jazz and vines pair up in the Vaucluse

A delicious musical trip in the middle of Provencal vintages and AOCs awaits you in the Vaucluse. For the Jazz dans les Vignes festival, the wine estates of the southern Rhône Valley welcome you to their lands, accompanied by the gentle melody of jazz bands, for an evening based on wine and music! Perfect for discovering the terroir as you taste the best wines of the Côtes du Rhône and enjoy some delicious appetizers. A great warm, friendly moment where you can also meet the wine-growers and the musicians in a special setting.  From August to September, 7 estates open wide their doors. The entrance fee is €20 and free for the under 12s.

The unavoidable festival in Puy-Sainte-Réparade

It’s festivity time in the Bouches-du-Rhône! Every year in July, the town of Puy-Sainte-Réparade hosts the Music en Vignes festival. An event in an exceptional setting in the middle of the vineyards of Château Paradis in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade. The programme: music, dancing, wine and food! A great opportunity to taste the best wines from Provence and discover regional products. A catering area with food trucks is also available to delight your taste buds with a stunning view of the estate. Every year, more than 1,500 spectators come to share this unforgettable moment of friendship. And the sunset is just amazing!
