Dating back to the 18th century and located at the northern entrance of Les Arcs sur Argens, the Moulin de Sainte Cécile is a prominent historical landmark. As part of the rich industrial heritage of Les Arcs sur Argens, it features ten settling tanks and three olive oil mills, spread over three different levels. Powered by a single wheel, these elements are remarkable artifacts and serve as a true testament to the past.
The special feature of the museum will be the integration of new technologies and innovative multimedia devices:
holograms
augmented reality,
and manipulations.
Visitors will be able to take part in their own discoveries and follow the path of the olive, from the traditional mill to the settling tanks and the olive mill.
