The FNRS III Bathyscaphe, on display in the gardens of the Tour Royale in Toulon, descended to a depth of 4,050 meters.
The Bathyscaphe arouses the curiosity of all visitors. It is the worthy heir to a great history. For the record, the first bathyscaphe was invented by Auguste Piccard.
