D52, 83840 Le Bourguet
the "pont de l'Evescat" (of the bishopric in Provençal), overlooks the Jabron river
It takes its name from a rock inscription located near the work of art, which evokes the meeting in this place of two bishops. The nearby village was a stopover for passers-by. In the past, a wooden bridge was built below to access the road to Le Bourguet, the current new bridge did not yet exist.
