Chapelle Notre Dame du Château, montée Notre Dame du Château, 13190 Allauch
Formerly Chapelle Notre-Dame de Belvézer or Chapelle de Beauvoir, to recall the magnificent panorama you can admire from this spot, the Chapelle Notre-Dame du Château, situated at an altitude of 310m, dates back to the 12th century.
Formerly Chapel Notre Dame de Beauvoir, to remind the magnificent panorama you can enjoy from this location, or Belv��zer our Lady of Ch��teau date from the 12th century. It has retained its foundations and some walls of origin. Several times restored, formerly Parish Church of Allauch, it is still very picturesque with its statue Golden of the Virgin of the castle with a sceptre of vermeil sunk with jewellery offered by the faithful, and the bourdon of 2500 kilos... It has in its interior of many ex-votos of the XVIII and XIX centuries systems. It is an annual pilgrimage in the second week of September and is celebrating also the Sunday of the fortnight, 15 days after Easter following the vow made during the epidemic of plague of 1720.
