Surrounded by vineyards, a few pines and cypresses from the neighboring cemetery, this building in perfect condition is a superb example of a Provençal Romanesque chapel
Old stones, apse in the form of an oven, robust buttresses and bell-tower, constitute the archetype. A procession, on the first Sunday in August, thanked Saint-Pierre for sparing the Peyniérens during the terrible epidemic of plague in 1720. Visit of the church possible the first Sunday of August and during the Journées du Patrimoine.
