XVth The rural chapel dedicated to Saint Blaise stands on the Gordolasque path. It is an old building. Its facade was closed at the end of the 18th century. Inside the chapel: a statue and a painting of Blaise and a child holding two candles, Sainte Rosalie on the left receiving the palm from an angel, Madeleine on the right. An essential part of Barverenc tradition, this is where the annual mass in honor of Saint Blaise, one of the commune's patrons, is held. The coulagno, the rite of protection against sore throats and goiter, for which the saint is venerated, is still performed here today.
