Built for the Boyer d’Eguilles family in the 17th century, on the foundations of the feudal castle, the château now houses the town hall.

The view from its esplanade stretches as far as the Etang de Berre. Its frontage is listed as a Historical Monument and its inner staircase is listed as a regional-class historical monument.
