The association Les Amis du Vieux La Ciotat, which manages this museum, has preserved the memories of the past to present them to the public.
Once upon a time, there was La Ciotat... The visit of the Ciotadin Museum is far from being boring: 15 rooms, more than 1500 objects, centuries of history, portraits, events... A sparkling story that takes the visitors on a journey from the adventure of the Brothers of Light to the industrial destiny of the small fishing port, through the maritime fauna or even the invention of pétanque!
