The Observants, Franciscan monks, undoubtedly under the influence of the local lords, settled in Ollioules around the mid-16th century.
Their chapel, sold as a national property at the time of the Revolution, was then transformed into a dwelling. Remains, apse and buttresses remain at the rear, as well as part of the monastic buildings where ornaments of plasterworks are still visible.
