A peri-urban area bordering the Massif de Sicié, it now covers 74 hectares open to the public throughout the year and offers a mosaic of landscapes: a forest area, grassland, former ornamental gardens surrounding a building, the remains of oil and cereal mills and a hydraulic network.
Since November 2014, a farmer, under an agreement with the Conservatoire du Littoral and the City, has been farming 3.4 hectares of former agricultural wasteland in organic market gardening. The products of the harvest are sold on site twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
