The association “ Les Amis des Mées “ restored a dovecote with the original architecture in the Moulin Fortuné Arizzi farmhouse. A mini ecomuseum telling you these dovecotes history and letting admire pigeons cooing in total freedom.

This ecomuseum relates the history of pigeons and dovecotes in Haute-Provence. It used to be considered in the past centuries as an additional food source and is now inviting you to discover, through different panels, various types of dovecotes characteristic to this department.
