The extension of the Bocca district towards the north required the creation of two annex chapels. The first, the Chapelle Saint Pierre, in the Frayère district, which no longer exists today. The second, the Saint Jean de Bosco Chapel built in 1980 in the Parc de Ranguin complex. In 2009, the chapel gave way to the new Saint Jean Bosco Church. This Church was inaugurated by Father Jean-Louis Balsa on December 24, 2009, after only 9 months of work, and consecrated by Mgr Louis Sankalé on Sunday April 25, 2010
