All villages have their own local traditions, the origin of which has often been forgotten, but which are passed on orally from generation to generation.
Indeed in Bauduen, on the day of the patron saint's feast dedicated to Saint Lambert, the young girls of the village came to slide on this rock to get married in the year.
The stone, now polished, is part of the history and heritage of the town.
