Inaugurated in 1892, the former Chemins de Fer du Sud de la France station is distinguished by its timeless elegance, marked by a harmonious marriage between the passenger building and the remarkable metal hall, a legacy of the 1889 Paris Universal Exhibition.
After decades of rail service, the station closed its doors in 1991, to be reborn with a new look thanks to the vision of the City of Nice. Since 2012, it has housed a media library, providing a vibrant cultural space in the heart of the city.
