A real green lung for the city of Martigues, the Grand Parc de Figuerolles extends over 130 hectares, between wooded hills and the Etang de Berre.

Numerous marked trails welcome hiking and walking enthusiasts for a pleasant walk under the pine, olive and oak trees. For a short walk or a real hike, all walkers can find a route adapted to their practice. You can start your discovery of the Grand Parc de Figuerolles by taking the Restanques trail. It is 2 kilometers long and is marked out by 27 stations that allow you to discover the local fauna and flora.
Several areas are dedicated to mountain biking, with color-coded markers according to level. The green trails are dedicated to beginners, the blue trails are for experienced riders, and the red trails are reserved for experienced mountain bikers. The access to the black trails is done through the mountain bike club of Martigues.
The equestrian area offers riding lessons, as well as horseback riding in the park, for children and adults.
The educational farm occupies the land of the former Deverville estate, and allows children to familiarize themselves with the domestic animals raised in Provence.
The Indian Forest offers an acrobranch course. The itineraries are classified by color and difficulty, from yellow, easy and accessible to the youngest from 4 years old, to black, reserved for the most sportive.
Many facilities have been built in the Grand Parc de Figuerolles. Picnic tables, benches, a snack bar and a carousel are available to visitors. Guided tours are also organized, and invite you to discover the agricultural past of this natural area near the Berre lake.
