Hôtel d'Arbaud, 7 rue Maréchal Foch, 13100 Aix-en-Provence
This town house is one of the many addresses in the town centre. Located close to the town hall, it is nevertheless impressive with the two statues adorning its door.
Built in 1670 by Jean Claude Rambot, the doorway is framed by two atlatls: two powerful naked torsos of grizzled fauns who have been supporting a heavy pediment with protruding shoulder blades and twisted biceps for three centuries (E. Henriot).
