Built in 1906 by the architect François Fratacci, it is a typical example of a traveler's hotel in an urban setting.
This building offers, in fact, stores on the first floor and the hotel reception areas are rejected in the center of the block. The overhanging roof, supported by sculpted wooden arches, marks its seaside character.
