Acquired 1973 by Germaine L’Hardy-Denonain, this garden was created and enhanced to become a botanical garden, classified remarkable since 2009. It shelters several hundreds of Provençal and Mediterranean species.
Just push the small wrought iron gate to enter the garden of Germaine l'Hardy-Denonain. Just a few steps in this protected space and you will be enchanted by the charm of the place. Between terraces, paths, stairs, the vegetation blossoms under the Var sun. It is a magical place where nature preserves the memory.

More than 30 years of care and attention by Germaine L'Hardy-Denonain have transformed this private park into an officially remarkable botanical garden! Typically Provençal and Mediterranean, with hundreds of species concentrated on 2,500 m², the Gassin garden has retained its soul, its old wicket gate, its restanques and its stone steps. The path winds its way into the forest, immersing visitors in the abundant universe of this natural garden, where trees, shrubs and horticultural plants are grown without pesticides or chemicals. The owner opens this peaceful and charming refuge to all.
