Since 2016, the gardens of the Commanderie de Peyrassol have been awarded the "Remarkable Garden" label, presenting a variety of landscapes while respecting the environment.

A former Templar commandery, the Domaine de Peyrassol is an extraordinary place dedicated to wine, nature and contemporary art. Between restored gardens, vegetable gardens, groves, restanques and vineyards, works signed by the greatest names in contemporary art establish a dialogue with nature and landscapes.

The landscaped architecture of the Peyrassol gardens seems tailor-made to house Philippe Austry's fabulous collection. A wine and contemporary art enthusiast, the owner of this vast vineyard combines his passions, giving birth to this astonishing open-air museum amidst the vines and restanques.
At the start of the tour, the wind blows across the rainbow of Buren flags, inviting visitors to cast off... Along the way, the paths are punctuated by monumental works of art. Some of the world's greatest names interact with the trees and birdsong. And around the old bastide, the garden squares adjust their colors to the blossoms of each season.
