25 to 30 hectares of vestiges have been discovered in this former Gallo-Roman town, with traces of proto- and prehistoric settlements.
La Bâtie, a veritable fortress, was ideally located alongside plains and plateaus suitable for farming.
Of the château, which was destroyed by fire in 1793, remains two towers forming donjons in the 15th and 16th centuries.
The Assumption Parish Churchfrom the 17th century, has a semi-dome apse and houses two protected paintings "Adoration of the Shepherds" and "Adoration to the Sacred Heart".
