The social circles are places for meetings and leisure. Created in 1895, the Cercle de L'Artistique moved to this location in 1910.
According to the description of the time, the premises offer a billiard room, two bridge rooms, a smoking room, a library, a dining room and a large party room built in the garden. The original building was raised in 1951. The building, which has retained all of its decor, was acquired by the City in 1995 and continues to host exhibitions and cultural events.
