The bascule bridge is a panoramic view-point from which one may admire one of the most beautiful harbours of Europe.
An emblematic witness to the city's industrial past, the Pont des Chantiers or bascule bridge of La Seyne-sur-Mer still stands with its metal architecture on the port's quays. Built in 1917, it is now a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the most beautiful harbor in Europe and a century of history!
