Want to discover the flora and fauna of the Alps? Head to the Jardins de la Grisouille. Nestled in a corner of the forest at an altitude of 1,302 metres, the arboretum is home to around ten species of trees and shrubs from the Alps.
In addition to serving as a haven for red squirrels, it is also a laboratory for observing the adaptation of new species, such as the yew-leaved sequoia.
