An old 15th century wheat mill, which operates thanks to the béal or Canal des Arrosants.
It remained in operation until the beginning of the 20th century and is being restored to its original state by the members of the Ollioulais Heritage Research Group, an association of enthusiasts, assisted by the city.
A museum area has been set up there, which presents a beautiful collection of old tools, as well as explanations on the miller's trade and the agricultural life of the past.
