During the visit, it will be possible to discover the history of horticulture in Ollioules from the importation of Immortelle by Barthélémy Dagnan in 1850 to the present day.
Divided into different zones, the thematic visit will take the visitor into the world of watered cultivation, unirrigated cultivation and even into the world of marketing throughout Europe.
The former garden of the Observantine Convent, renamed the "Garden of the Hours",
has been redesigned and is open to visitors. They will be able to discover numerous varieties of flowers from the region, such as the famous narcissus that once made the fortune of many Ollioules growers.
Finally, a last part of the museum proposes a permanent exhibition on olive growing through an olive press, an oil decanter and many objects necessary for the crushing and transport of olives.
