Step inside this 19th-century mill transformed into a medieval residence. This hidden gem of Nice unveils a unique collection of sacred art and Gothic furniture by appointment.
The Vieux Logis is the work of the Dominican Reverend Father Alfred Lemerre. Passionate about ancient art, he transformed this former mill into a Priory and moved there in 1922 to preserve his collections.
The meticulously studied decor highlights the art objects and furniture from the late Middle Ages. In turn, 13 rooms evoke the life of yesteryear. An astonishing journey that gives pride of place to the Gothic and Renaissance styles.
