Listed in the Historic Monuments inventory, the Villa Masséna is an architectural jewel in a tree-lined setting on the Promenade des Anglais that presents the history of Nice in the 19th Century.
Built on the Promenade des Anglais at the crossroads of two centuries, the Villa Massena reflects the legendary splendor that blew over the Riviera during the Belle Époque. This palace remains a sumptuous illustration of the arts and history of Nice, from its attachment to France until the Great War. In this neo-classical setting, graphic arts, furniture and other precious objects bring back to life the sparkle of the past.
