The Flying Museum celebrates the history of gliding and aeronautical passion thanks to the Fayence Oldtimers Aeronautical Association. Here is the object of the Fayence Oldtimers Aeronautical Association: AAFO The restoration, safeguarding and presentation in flight of ancient gliders. The Conservation of documentation and journals, through the creation of a Flying Museum, located on the current Aerodrome from Fayence - Tourrettes. A program of temporary exhibitions on the history and anecdotes of the Centre de Vol à Voile du Pays de Fayence, as well as open days during occasional cultural events: European Heritage Days, The Passion Visits, the Flight Days "Wings Out of Time", exchanges with other associations for personalized presentations and exchanges. The book: 50 years of gliding over the French Riviera (1930 - 1980) is on sale by the Association and it can be freely consulted in the Media Libraries of the Pays de Fayence.
