Situated at the heart of the village, in one of the properties of the former royal solicitor of Rustrel, this 18th century mill was still working until the beginning of the 1930s.
It contains all the elements of a ‘carousel’ mill, that is, a mill driven by an animal. It is exceptionally well preserved. You can still see the whole chain of olive oil production: the capstan, the oil filter, the cauldron, the settling and storage containers and the tank for the separated water.
