Belle Epoque style building inaugurated in 1901, registered as a Historic Monument, labeled "Heritage of the 20th century", it celebrates its 120 years in September 2021.

The Palais de l'Agriculture is the property of the Société Centrale d'Agriculture et d'Horticulture de Nice et des Alpes-Maritimes (SCAH), an association recognized as being of public utility. It hosts numerous events, conferences (free admission) as well as, for SCAH members, courses and workshops in gardening, cactus knowledge, botany and floral art (western and ikebana), and a creative workshop on plants.
Its library, open to all, is composed of agricultural and botanical works.
The Palais de l'Agriculture has a remarkable collection of cacti, a grain library and organizes visits of remarkable gardens...
It participates in the Heritage Days, organizes open days and at the end of the year, an annual exhibition "Livres aux Jardins" with conferences and dedications.
