Located on the Place Général Magnan, this large residence was built at the beginning of the 19th century and renovated in 2000. It now houses the Town Hall. Its facade has 21 Italian Renaissance-style arcades spread over 3 levels.
It has been the Town Hall since 2000, and for a long time was known as the "Immeuble Pessonneaux". This "castle" was built around 1820. Jacques Casimir Aurran, notary, Baron of Pierrefeu and Mayor of Cuers for a short period, was the owner. The Pessonneaux family (name of the former owner who died in 1963) does not have the paternity of the building of the "château" despite the name of the place. The façade is composed of 21 arcades in the Italian Renaissance style.
