This 3,400 m² relaxation area, located opposite the Port Marchand nautical stadium, includes a children's play area in the shape of a boat, a seafront terrace, a picnic area and a promenade along the coastline.

A total of 6,600 m² of space has been laid out, 1,850 m² of which has been planted to ensure maximum absorption of rainwater. As part of the same sustainable development approach, Mediterranean species were chosen for the planting to limit watering.
The existing free parking lot has been redeveloped to provide 107 spaces, including 6 reserved for boat trailers. It is equipped with a double charging station for electric vehicles and two video surveillance cameras, complementing the one already in place at the slipway.
