This district is located on the butte des Moulins (11ha) and spreads from the butte Saint Laurent to the Hôtel Dieu and from the Vieille Charité to the post-war buildings. It was a district of small trades linked to the sea, but today it is looking to the future with the Euroméditerrannée project.
