The 1st covered pool, to the north-west, includes a 1,920 m² stabilized soccer pitch, a 300 m² multi-sports pitch, a skate park and a metal footbridge to cross the river and link the housing units to the Maison des Services Publics.
The 2nd covered pool consists of a deactivated concrete square, equipped with fixing plates to accommodate a covered structure for cultural events, and 2 children's play areas.
The 3rd basin, to the south, is treated and open, and houses a promenade, a 3025 m² grassed embankment and a 1650 m² bowling green, treated in stabilized concrete and planted with trees.
