In the heart of the industrial zone, the Fondation Blachère's art center hosts three exhibitions of contemporary African art a year, as well as the Boutik, a store selling African crafts, and the Store, Blachère Illumination's factory outlet.
The Jean-Paul Blachère Foundation promotes the contemporary creation of artists from Africa and its diaspora, through an art center that organizes three exhibitions per year (monographs, collective works, paintings, photos, installations...) and hosts ten artists in residence each year. When you arrive on site, expect to be surprised: the Blachère Foundation is nestled in the heart of an industrial zone! Not to spoil the fun, quite the contrary. Between an artistic dive into the heart of the soul of Africa and the warm atmosphere of a well-stocked and colorful store, the journey is complete.
