Located in the central alley of the Cuers cemetery.
It is a vast composition, 5 m high, with various symbols referring to the prosperity and the land of Cuers.
Two horns of plenty overflowing with fleshy fruit and blossoming flowers frame the municipal coat of arms.
The central relief is a Victory crowned with an olive tree, offering the crown and the palm.

The coronation is a trophy, taking up the armour and crested helmet of Roman soldiers.
These representations are not without evoking the Roman origin of the village. Three shells and two howitzers surround the majestic building.
The Cannes architect Charles Seasal designed this monument, which was inaugurated on 1 November 1916. It was enriched in 1919. Then, plaques were added paying tribute to the "Dead for the Fatherland" of the two world wars and the one listing the places of the battles where the valiant people of Cuers died.
