The ancient theater of Orange is the best preserved in the Western world. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981, it owes its fame to its monumental stage wall. "The most beautiful wall in my kingdom", said Louis XIV.
The Theatre of Orange is an exceptional piece of evidence of Antiquity. The stage for the famous Chorégies, this essential monument remains anchored in the cultural life of the city. It offers a memorable journey to the heart of the Roman heritage, particularly during the great Roman festivals in September. Great shows!
