Former keep of the archbishops of Embrun, climb to the top for a 360° view of Embrun and the Durance valley!

Temporary closure due to ongoing archaeological excavations.
The Tour Brune, the former keep of the archbishops of Embrun built at the end of the 12th century, is one of the last vestiges of the archiepiscopal complex. Restored, it has become an exhibition space managed by the Ecrins National Park.

The permanent exhibition entitled "Paysages des Ecrins" (Ecrins Landscapes) presents the evolution of landscapes in the Embrunais region over five levels.

Temporary photographic exhibition: "Séries sur le Glacier Noir" (Series on the Black Glacier) by Jonathan Mourglia from 1 July to 27 September 2020.
