This building was built in 1848.
In the hall, a plaque indicates the height (1.83 metres on the night of 5-6 October 1866) reached by the waters of the Grave torrent, which passes behind the building well known for its sudden and violent floods.
Opposite the entrance you can see the citation (war cross with flippers) awarded in 1948 to the town of Aups for its high acts of resistance and patriotism.
