The villa was built in 1925 by L. and F. Girard, architects in Paris. It is characterised by its L-shaped layout.

The main façade has a porch on the ground floor and a loggia on the upper floor with wrought iron railings. The basement masonry is made of squared rubble stone and the upper floor is covered with plaster.
