The villa was built in 1926 by Joseph Morard and Marius Bonnat, architects in Grenoble.
The villa features a bow window covered by a terrace on the main façade. The ground floor comprises a centrally located hall and vestibule, surrounded by the study, kitchen, pantry, living room and dining room in the bow window. The basement walls are made of square-cut rubble stone, while the walls of the upper floors are covered with plaster.
